Whispering Ridge Phase I single family lots have sold out, but some executive Townhomes are still available on the Southeast side

Further development has already begun that will spread over another 320 Acres within the County of Grande Prairie. Whispering Ridge will add approximately 3600-4200 residents to the area within a 10 year period

Whispering Ridge Phase III and IV are being developed together with 88 lots, a large playground and a storm pond with walking trails throughout the area. Lot sales in this phase has commenced with plans for residential construction to begin in summer 2012
